checking out PA school taught me a few things:
1. you have to volunteer. Less than 2,000+ hours? they won't give you a second glance. where will i volunteer-peace corps?
2. you have to take organic chemistry and get an a.- can i do that and be an RA?
3. $75,000+ how?
4. 26+ months of insanity
5. average age of admittance is 27. what will I do until then?
6. learning so much more about medicine, the human body and God's creativity.
worth it?
time to pray.
Mmm. We should talk about this....I happen to know alot about PA school. Haha and those 2000+ hours! Haha I'm gonna be in town when you get back! So let's get together!
ReplyDeleteYES YES YES PLEASE! i get back monday. I will text you! :)
ReplyDeleteAre you wanting to assist in surgery?? That's what a large majority of PA's do. Some do see patients in clinic, however, you get more independance as a Nurse Practioner (in Oregon) with the same amount of school. (Bachelors then Masters) Just food for thought.
